SNK have opened an official site for the upcoming 3D fighter on Taito's X2 hardware, Samurai Spirits Sen. Other than a single page with some artwork, there isn't anything there... apart from the announcement of location tests to take place between the 20th and 24th of this month. Some videos were shown a while back and it does actually look quite pretty, but it would appear to play nothing at all like the 2D series. It will be interesting to see how it pans out though, and how it will compare to the 3D SS games that were released years back on the Hyper Neo Geo 64. The ports of those games were horrible, but the originals are actually quite decent; if you have any way to check them out, I would highly recommend it. Nothing beats Samurai Shodown 2 however! Sorry I just had to get that in there! ;)
