This was actually shown a few weeks back, but yea it got me excited for GoW2. I loved the first one even with its flaws, so can't wait for the sequel. Hopefully they expand on the storyline a whole lot more, and I also hope it's a bit longer than the first.

Did anyone see the video from GDC of the guy from Epic Games ripping through the wall with a replica GoW chainsaw? That was quite funny too!

Yeah, I'm pretty excited about this one too. The first game may have had more than it's fair shar of hype but it was still an excellent game thanks to it's intense firefights, shocking moments and most importantly a true emphasis on co-op gameplay so lacking in many of today's games.
So it's great to see some confirmation of the second installment rather than the hearsay of the last 12 months. Even though there's been no game footage as such, some of the tech demos (one of which sees a hundred locust running down a city street in real-time) do look awesome. |
