Looks fantastic! Really want to play this. I won't be buying the PCB though but hopefully they will decide to also release it on another platform e.g. PC (Steam). |

Been following these guys for a while now on Facebook and even in this fase, the game already looks awesome. They use sprites that are drawn pixel by pixel...everything is made by hand! They've also released some music files which are awesome as well.
I'm definitely going to buy this game when its released.

The graphics looks really nice! But it's a US made western shmup, that means do they understand how to really make point system that works? If the game dosen't have it, it can kiss my ass goodbye! I have never played a US made shmup with a good point system ever!
They need to look at Japan made shmups if they are going make this a good game.
We are talking CAVE, Raizing and Toaplan here.

Normally, we can buy it in february 2016 for 300$ if they don't have any problem.
In the independant production, they have many problems to honor the delivery time, le cortex with crouching poney ( i think it will cancelled!) watermelon with pier solar and ngdev team with razion). |

They're not making any promises as they want to devellop the game until they're absolutely satisfied. I'd rather wait longer for a game to be released and have a great game, than having them setting a release date, rush the game and release a basically unfinished and flawed game. I'm really looking forward to seeing the end results.

Looks tidy, Is the Pcb only $300 ? Sounds too good to be true unless it's some android powered device. As I haven't bought a board for years now I probably wouldn't buy it myself , but I be happy for a pc port or PS3/4 |

It's not going to be released on PCB format because that would become too expensive for the home market. They chose to release it as a dedicated PC based system to keep costs as low as possible.

Like the taito-x well that's a dumb move. i suspect it still connects to a jamma somehow . |

It's going to be a PC based system, but fully JAMMA and not JVS...it even draws its power from the JAMMA edge.
There's one advantage with a PC based system, it's easy to update a game if somehow bugs are found after release. I think I read that they'll not be using a Microsoft Windows based OS, but Linux or something like that.

Well for what looks like a bunch of stoners they seem to have big ambitions.. Maybe they should just produce a whole cab and sell it that way.
Pc systems are good and all but for me personally it seems well over the top for such a small team.
I obviously love there idea of a true arcade experience but 99.9% of that for me is a pcb wire's all over the place hooked up to arcade stick's .. The joy with pcb's is there is no way I can make one on my own and owning something like that is a joy.
But pc systems can be built with off shelf parts far superior than they can build it, as they have to build to a tight budget to make a profit and also cheap enough there able to sell it. Most logical way it to make the game pc compatible but then add all the arcade code modes so if you wanted to make it a deadicated machine simply Flip it to arcade mode install your deadicated pc into your cab. But that just me I do like a project . Sorry for going off topic 😃 |

That's the smart move i think cost's obviously go up but if your a Cade'd (arcade fan) and haven't got a cab like myself anymore , No better way to get the game and the experience it. and I heard the geezer say scanlines are important so I assume there be a nice crt in there.
If they can keep the cost under a grand it certainly will get my attention and will be on the radar. I need a cab in my life again preferably a mini cute but this will do.. Never seen a big red in Britain |

As things are looking now, I will be buying the loose arcade board as I don't have room for another cab. I hope they'll use CRTs in those cabs, but to be honest I doubt it...probably going to be something more modern with a scanline generator or something like that...CRTs are becoming really scarce nowadays.

Yeah Your probably right , especially if there an American team no native rgb on crts. We're lucky in Europe i can pick crts up off the kerb I see them all the time ,and just drop them into a cab . I also live close to bbc Wales and itv so I see pvm's a lot too for sale. But maybe I just know we're to find them. A led monitor probably be the best option for them low power cheap and bright scanline generators can be built for about 10 quid. But if they saying 300 for the pc pack it's definitely cheap and worth a punt.
You will have to give us a review if you get it |

Well, it's a shame they didn't choos the Neo platform. Some quality and pricewise competition for NG.Dev wouldn't be bad. Talking about how the gonna release it, isn't it too niche compared to the Neo fanbase?
Look at all the NG.DEV games who sell like crazy nowadays, there is a market for them.
Could be they haven't got the expertise to produce for the systems. |

Here are some pictures of the hardware prototype they've developed:

It has a volume dial and a JAMMA connector. Looks like it's a nice size as well.
