You guys are insane! I don't know how you can get some of those high scores on only one credit to me it seems impossible. Once I get back to Atlanta I might be able to actually compete on the Fatal Fury one. I've been trying through emulation but I just can't seem to pull off the moves without a joystick.

I thought I'd be able to compete with the Blue's Journey competition, but man that's going to take some practice. I've not played that game for a while and I got my butt handed to me.

Anyway good job on all those high scores.

Don't worry about being the best Daraku, just enter what you get, then you can improve. I think i am in position 8+ on a lot of those games. Some people are really good though, not sure if i could ever get near some of the scores people post!

Blue's Journey is a hard game, but with patience you could definitely get on our leader board. "Practice makes perfect" sounds like obvious advice, but it's very true when it comes to HSCs. Whether it's learning to exploit the AI in a fighting game or memorizing patterns in a shmup it can be a long but rewarding process to try to get a really good score.

I currently only have two gold medals, and they're both on games where I'm the only participant! So if you're interested in Waku Waku 7 or Matrimelee, please enter! I know I can improve on both of those scores but without competition I just don't have the drive to do so.
