looking for online gaming emulator page

well i am looking for this page that you dont need any emulator but just the games and in order to play online you need the games to be in your PC and you just load them trough the page

Sounds like you're thinking of Supercade Bojan which used to be called 2DF. I remember we played Dunk Dream/Street Hoop there once.
