neogeo cd emulator for pc ( original games )
peiper
helllo everyone,

I have a neogeo cd top loader and some original games...but the load times are driving me insane.

Is there any emulator for pc that allows original games...

thank u for your time...

Hi Peiper. Yes there are a few different emulators you can use to play the actual original NGCDs on a PC. I recommend using Nebula. You can also use NeoCD/SDL. Neo Raine is another NGCD emulator but I can't remember if you can use original games with that or not.

You might try a program like "joy to key". This program converts POV directionals and button inputs to keyboard keystrokes.

Basically in the "joy to key " progam you assign the POV UP (up on joystick) to, say, the up-arrow on your keyboard. Then in the emulator, assign the up-arrow to your up direction. Do this for all directions, and use random letters for the buttons. You have to keep the "joy to key" program running while playing the emulator though.

This might not be appealing to you, but it might be the only way to use your joystick.

thanks to joy to key nebula works! i'm so happy..tested 6 games so far , only KOF 98 is unplayable cause of the garbled graphic. the rest of them are nearly perfect saves for an audio glitch or two.

now i can play last blade cd without the load times. incredible! saves me some money too cause i was gonna search for a cdz, now i don't need too Smile

thanks for every one's reply...
