Chat Meet! And IRC Chat?

My my, this place seems so dead nowadays.. Let's get a chat meet going! There haven't been too many popular ones, and I myself have missed chat meets before. So I just wanted to bring everyone's attention about a chat meet this Sunday. Even if you don't regularly use chat, try to come on this sunday! Let's make the place seem more livelier, chat about things, set up matches, etc! :3
Post here if you can make it!
Also, this question is directed at Kaz, is it possible to replace the flash chat with an IRC? I'm thinking that could also make it more convenient for people who have trouble opening chat in their browsers.

I'll definitely be there as usual Cat. It has been fairly quiet lately but last Sunday was actually pretty good with something like 10 people in chat at one point. Would be great to see a few new people at the Sunday chat meets.

I'll probably have a chance of coming, and I always do, shame the past weeks were dull with less, although the last chat (as of 1/8/11) was good with around 10 users (including myself), and hope that Kaz comes by one of these days.

I'm gonna be around a Hell of a lot more now, I am officially going to be moving to Lincoln this Saturday, and I'll be coming to the chat on Sunday if people are there! I'm so sorry for my absence but now things are all falling into place and a lot of stress I've had for a while is gone I can dedicate more time to doing stuff... I'm a lot happier than I have been for some time! Plus my girlfriend is super cool about stuff and I may even get her to join here at some point. She's a gamer and I am slowly educating her in the ways of the Neo Geo and retro games. Hell she's even currently bidding on a Turtles arcade cab cos she really wants us to have a "cool arcade cab" in the house 
I'll look into the IRC client again, I still use IRC a bit and we did have the built in one here once. If I can set it up again and it works ok, we'll switch to that as IRC is a lot more reliable than the Flashchat. Failing that I'll get flashchat upgraded to the latest one, hopefully some issues with it have been fixed by now!

Great to hear things are going good for you, Kaz. I really do hope to see you more active in the future as NGFL seemed sort of dead without it's leader.

Good to hear you'll be around more in the future Kaz. Pretty cool that your girlfriend is so into gaming as well and even wants to buy a cab.
I think using IRC would be a good move. The regular chat room can be quite slow at times.
