Arcade is looking amazing Priest. Is that hockey mask signed?
I really like it as you approach the arcade room and you start to hear the sounds. Esp a bit later too when you have metal slug sound fx and outrun music combining!
+ hot dogs haha cool.
Final Fight too + Donkey Kong Jr. I am in heaven.
it seems strange you have 2 crazy taxi cabs side by side though. Is there any reason for that, or are they actually one cabinet?
dont forget you need a Robotron 2084 and deluxe sit down, hydraulic Space Harrier. then i will come and live in your arcade and eat hot dogs and play all day

DarakuTenshi: Just PM me your adress and I´ll stick a stamp on the arcade and send it off to you
RiKo: Thanks. The reason we´ve got two CT is simply because I´m a greedy git... Seriously we got a really good deal on the second one, we just couldnt pass up on it. Hot dogs and Pepsi; perfect arcade "food"
Tobalman: Thanks. Yea its not the size that matters, its what you can do with it...Wait a minute, that was regarding something else...Heheheh

This is a YT clip of the candy cabs I hold in my apartement for the moment. Some of them have until recently been apart of MAH:

Not to stray from the subject; Here´s a fairly recent YT clip from MAH, this time I managed to hold the camera the "correct way" Larsson is the guy playing Pinball.
Yesterday MAH had some vistors over, this time it was "RetroSteff" (from a SWEDISH arcade forum) and his two sons. They stayed for about three hours or so. It´s really nice to have people over who are genuinly interested in the same things as me.
Sadly neither "JFG" or "Larsson" did have the time to stop by the arcade this day, maybe next time "Steff" shows up they´ll be able to come by...
"Steff" brought me a spare Crazy taxy panel and the Windjammers AES game which I had previously bought from a friend of his.
I also got a Virtua striker ´02 marquee as a gift from Steff
Contrary to common belief, MAH is far from dead and burried...I´ve just been to lazy to update this thread lately.
This past summer we have had quite a few "happenings" in our arcade. We´ve hosted a birthday party, for one of my two nephews (Andreas turned 15). We have had random visits from arcade nerds from all across SWEDEN and we have added som new machines to the arcade.
I´ll post some pics. and som YT clips from the birthdayparty:
Andreas celebrated his 15:th birthday along with some of his friends. I filmed the evening at three occations:

Some general pics of this summer at MAH, with some roadtrips to collect cabs and some visits in our arcade:
Great pics and vids Priest, looks like good fun going on a road trip esp when you are coming back with an aracde machine
what's Pucko? (i am still obssessed with food + drink)
and wow your aprtment is probably the best apartment ever, you don't even have to leave your home to visit an arcade now. Some really nice machines there

yes i remember seeing that game previewed along with a karting game and thinking it would eventually make its way onto the Dreamcast (an expanded Dreamcast). yes it has a really distinct style a lot like JSR. Watching that vid it even reminds me a little of Crazy Taxi. how does it play? is it good?
haha i love all those flavoured milks, esp banana

RiKo: You´re thinking of: Club Kart, Club Kart : European Session, Club KartCycraft, Club Kart Prize ?
Yea WR is alot like Crazy Taxi but its so much more intense all the time. Quite a bit harder too...And really fun. I have some problems with the controlls right now, but hopefully it´ll be straightened out shortly...
Flavored milks are soooo understimated
My candy friends...So true

oh yes one of those Club Kart games. The only Naomi 2 game i've played on was VF4 in London once. i've never seen any of the others in the wild. Hope you get your controls fixed, i imagine Wild Riders is quite rare outside Japan?

RiKo:Yea, the controlls should be easily fixed / adjusted, thanks.
I can really only say; Wild Riders and The King Of Route 66 isn´t that common in SWEDEN, at least. I would imagine that there are quite a number of these cabs in the US. Over there it seems that the "deluxe" (sitdown) cabs are more common than the upright cabs that I own. Like the one on the flyer:

Yesterday I actually sold something...It felt weird
I sold the second of my two JK arcade cabs. This one was in a really nice condition, I wasn´t really sure about selling this cab. I got a really nice "chunk of change" for it though. So now the JK cab resides in LINKÖPING...
Now what should I buy to replace this cab...Hmmm ?

WOW! How did I manage to discover this thread only now? Awesome effort, Priest!!! Your arcade looks amazing and that it's still evolving means it will only amaze even more with time.
I absolutely love arcades and was heartbroken as all the ones I loved and frequented since childhood closed down one by one.
The paltry few that remain have been taken over by hunting games, generic sit-down racers (that don't come anywhere close to the quality of the ones Sega and Namco used to produce) and rows upon rows of DDR stations... You'd be lucky to find even a Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga combo cab at these so-called "arcades". I'd have to hike it out of state to find anything even halfway decent.
This makes what you're doing all the more important- keeping the golden days of classic coin-op gaming alive and never forgotten. Keep up the phenomenal work, my friend. And be thankful I don't live closer to you- I'd log so much time in your arcade-cab oasis I'd probably need to have my mail forwarded to your address just to make sure I actually got it.
