All Ninjas are... RECONNECTED!

spent from 11.30am - 03.30pm today, on the phone to BT, just to STOP THEM unjustly disconnecting us.

It worked (apparently!). Seemingly being, with justification, harsh here, rude there and swearing intermittently everywhere, eventually managed to 'get' BT to reinstate our existing, already paid up-to-date for, connection! I GENUINELY though reversal of the cut-off process was irreversible... apparently not!

I FOUND OUT... that even though BT stopped our line from 'working', o2 broadband have still been able to provide our internet through it... BUT apparently, until we informed them not to, they were scheduled to disconnect us the Monday coming.

ULTIMATELY... thank God (actual thanks, to what may be, in this instance, an ACTUAL God!?) that my GF managed to have the patience to sort all this crap out... no-one wants to sit on a phone for a few hours trying to sort out problems that SHOULDN'T exist.

THANKS FOR ALL... your kind messages guys! I appreciated them. This WASN'T an exercise, or indeed a false bid for attention, rather, I've been disconnected (unjustly) on other previous occasions by BT and HONESTLY thought I was going to be 'gone' for at least 3-4 weeks... I'm just very happy I'm not. Cheers again & see y'all around!

Congratulations on the glorious victory and welcome back.

Awesome stuff dude Smile
Glad to hear the Ninja has been reconnected!

These kind of things are a real pain and can be a bit stressful so it must be a big relief to get it sorted finally. I had similar problems with British Gas when they kept making errors constantly and it was really annoying.
With all the trouble I have had from Virgin Media/NTL over the years, I really can sympathise, but so glad you got it sorted out, especially so soon. Well done to your gf! Grin

Nice to have you back Ninja! Smile
