I honestly didn't intend to do this - as you can probably tell from the presentation - but I took a photo of my evening meal yesterday. Anyway I thought I would post it. I have to admit it does look disgusting - but it tasted very nice!
For those of you who think it is unhealthy - please note the homemade fruit milkshake (very healthy) and the dish of salad in the background (even healthier)

(Click on pic to enlarge)
This is a Hawaiian Pizza with beef and chilli sausage, with fried egg and baked-beans.
BTW that is not a turd on the plate -that's the sausage
I think everyone should post pictures of their meals.......

Thanks Crag Yes I've done my bit at all-you-can-eat buffets in the past. I always wish I could fit more in!
(I'm glad no-one noticed I burnt the sausage - I was reading when I shouldn't have been - still it adds to the flavour)

Hey Riko... The meal looks good. A bit of mix n match never hurt anyone (apart from maybe a 'match' involving 'mixed' martial arts... I KNOW, I know... you can see what I did there though, right??)
I HAD TO MENTION THIS... and I'm new, so I'm not too familiar yet with this site and how it all works (this is the 1st forum I've ever properly used) BUT... everytime I read your signature **YAMAZAKI** Yep, thats right... It just pops in there IMMEDIATELY. Was this intentional?
ALSO... If he is feeling cocky all day... what about his knife (tanto perhaps?) 'cause, err, thats in there too right? |

lol - Thanks - yes all my meals are mix and match I'm afraid.
No it wasn't intentional - but yes I see what you mean - I guess he has to be careful with his knife - especially if he's feeling cocky - lol

lol. I have bowed to pressure in chat. Here is my cheesecake - this is my supper from many months ago, just never got round to posting it.

I always have a cream cake type thing before I got bed + some fruit to make it healthy obviously! The weird looking thing is a mini-flapjack, and there's some strawberry ice cream I think.
Its a bit of a mess but you should have seen it after it was in my stomach. In fact the next day it resembled the sausage in my first meal photo from the start of the thread

I would send it to you Atom.... but gone now was actually a lemon cheesecake, very refreshing!
I think other forum member should post their meals too! I was going to post my Burger King meal, but I don't like taking my camera out with me. I might do next time

Actually funny that you should mention that, I have some family over for the 4th of July and my Godmother actually made some DELICIOUS Strawberry Cheese Cake. Yummy. |

That's a very nice looking cheesecake!
I was one of the people on at you to revive this classic thread so I promise I will post a picture at some point. It's just I feel a little ashamed because my meals are a bit unhealthy sometimes.
I was also thinking of making some Sata Andagi one day and posting a picture. I've got the recipe and they sound really easy to make. |

It was high time this classic thread was bumped. Ok here's my dinner tonight. Two pieces of battered haddock with french fries, a strawberry yoghurt and apple drink. All bought from Lidl. It would be nice to see some more forum member's meals!
By the way there's a special bonus prize for the first NGFL member who makes Sata Andagi and posts a picture in this thread!

Thank you for bumping this one, and posting your meal. I hope lots of other people post their meals too, esp Cat with his Sata Andagi.

Looks damn great merlin, we used to serve that at our work too during the summer but we used cod actually. It's really, really, really tasty when you make this all yourself. Making the stuff to fry the haddock or cod with is really easy to make too.

The haddock tasted very nice indeed. Let's hope some more people will post pictures of their meals too!
If Cat posts a picture it will probably just be a plate of plain rice.
Yes Midian you're right it's even more delicious if you make it fresh rather than buy it frozen from a supermarket. Maybe next time I'll have cod instead.

Please post more meals. Midian please post a pic of your meal before you have eaten it - not after - if you know what I mean. haha
