Hi and welcome to the HSC game this week which is Metal Slug 4. Metal Slug 4 is a game which had a hard time living up to its highly popular predecesor Metal Slug 3, but MS4 still have its fair share of fans. Anyways please join in the comming Metal Slug 4 Game Of The Week discussion and please show us how good you are at MS4 by posting your highscore here, Good luck...

The rules:
* Play whichever version you like: NEO GEO AES / NEO GEO CD / NEO GEO MVS / MAME
* Difficulty: 4 / MVS Setting
* Lives: Default setting
* Credits: 1
* Multiple runs as training is of course allowed. Also if you manage to surpass your previous score then just post it and IŽll update the first post.
* No cheating with any kind of UNI-BIOS is allowed.
* No cheating in Emulators such as autofire, Pausing or infinite lives are allowed
(or any other effect you can use in emulators to make the game easier, score higher etc)
* Photographic proof is not needed as I believe that we are all honorable people. If you like though you can attach a photo or a mini-clip with your highscore.
* State which platform you played this game on.
* The goal: Highest score possible.

There will be no closing dates for the different HSC threads. They will always be there ready to accept new challengers. But I will start to award the winner a medal as soon as scores are posted. And as I said the challenge will always be there.

3. NEO-GEO Man Score: 236,480. , Character: Nadia, made it to stage 2 where the 2nd lot of planes come in on the back of the truck. Played on a Euro BIOS AES console, which can just be seen there bottom left of pic

Yes and just as I promised yesterday, I gonna participate in the METAL SLUG 4 and much more it is the GAME OF THE WEEK. So here is my scoreboard I made so far as I played this earlier on this day.

although some people said Metal Slug 4 was the worst metal slug ever, but it's the first Metal Slug I played on My PS2.

Yeah, I'm always have trouble in stage 2 (Especially against Allen  ).But I'll do the best to past the stage 2 and get my score higher  .

Finally, after training and see a couple of Metal Slug 4 video I can beat the Allen .

My score seems stupidly low compared to everyone else!! Haha!! I have alot of trouble with this game compared to 2, X and 3... I love to play it, but i do find some aspects of it alot harder than on the others for some reason... |

Yeah mate i will get more into it, this is one i never got a chance to play til i just bought it. Metal Slug X is almost the same as 2, and i have that on CD. |
