Currently playing PC Engine Magical Chase, Pop n' Magic, Don Doko Don, R-Type I, Coryoon and Bomber Man 94. I'm addicted in PC Engine, graphics and gameplay quality similar to arcade

Currently playing through F.E.A.R. and it's expansions. Brilliant games which I never get bored of. Love the slow motion gunfights. Also started playing Red Orchestra Ostfront 41-45 online again. Didn't think there were any servers left but there are some players in the evenings and at weekends.

deewelch
I'm playing Counter Stike Global offense

I am playing Cadillacs and Dinosaurs, A vs P and Ghouls n Ghosts. I am building a new set up for all my gaming gear and try to make all consoles to be hooked at once not only to be ready for play, but every console to be connected to every monitor. Equipment included is framemeister, OSSC, PVM, Dell 27" 1440p wide color gamut, Extron Crosspoint Ultra 168, Extron SMX HDMI & VGA & Audio. There are a lot of cables involved too, enough to make traps all arround my gaming room

You're playing some great games there Beret and a very good idea connecting all your consoles up at one time. Wish I had a gaming room or basement. I'd definitely stick a couple of arcade cabs in there too.

I've been playing Outrun HD on my X360. It's funny because I have never actually played it in HD but I have finally bought an HDMI cable. I was like "Wow! this is amazing. It's better than the arcade!". I'm still really happy with my 360. Don't think I will be moving generations anytime soon.

At the time I am playing Super Mario Odyssey and really enjoying it. Tomorrow I will start palying and testing at the same time, my Xbox One games on X. This console packed with 12GB DDR5 ram can have bloody good textures aditionaly to its 6TFLPS potential!

Monster Hunter World on Xbox One X. This game has sucked me in. Fantastic game.
On the go I play Skyrim on Switch but I don't want to get sucked in maybe because I was already burnt with Oblivion in the past

Shiny
Hearthstone plays me. I belong to it now.

I just finished Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. It's a surprisingly good game, especially on the highest difficulty with all HUD and item highlighting disabled. A decent installment of the franchise with lots of easter eggs, hints and characters linked to the original game, great visuals and strong level design. On the weak side it only had a single boss fight near the end, and a rather unspectacular one at that. I give it a 8 out of 10.

Also been playing the PC version of King of Fighters XIV lately, especially on local VS with hooked on Neo Geo USB controllers. What I don't like is the unspectacular story mode or some of the character models. It's also bothering to see that SNK charges too much money for it on Steam, way beyond reasonable. But apart from that it's an absolutely decent installment of the series, with a bit of slowed-down and simplified gameplay but with all the qualities and characters the series is known for. On my personal rating list I keep it in higher regards than '99, 2000, 2003 or XII, but still below the all-time classics such as '98, XIII, '97 or '02. I guess it's somewhere in between.

cthulhu, how does this game compare to the recent Guilty Gear or the BlazBlue series? Is it any similar or something completely different? I'm on the fence to get it or not.

Congrats by the way on the purchase on Robo Army - getting a genuine AES nowadays is almost a venture! Thumbs Up

The last Guilty Gear game I've played was #Reload en the first BlazBlue, so I can't really compare Dragon Ball FighterZ with the recent installations in those series.
I can say that the game feels like an ARC System Works game, although with some differences, so in my opinion it feels like a totally new game. It looks amazing with the characters looking like they just stepped out of the anime and all voices seem to be the original Japanese actors. One of the most flashy Fighting Games I've ever played.Music is typical ARC System Works stuff, with lots of guitar heavy songs.
The controls are somewhat simplistic as almost each character shares the same command inputs, with a few exceptions, but still the gameplay is quite deep and it's easy to string moves together to create combos.
I personally think that this game is the way a Dragon Ball game should be and it's absolutely spot on and has a great Dragon Ball feel to it.

Here's a video I recorded:

Sorry it seems I can't embed the video for some reason.
I'm quite a crappy player and I'm using a joypad on this one (haven't got a stick yet for my PS4).

There's a problem with the site where embedded videos don;t show on most browsers. They definitely don;t show on Firefox or CHrome (the browsers I use)

Nice video. I used to have one of the Dragonball games on SNES. It wasn't bad. I love how over the top those games are where you can blast them through building's, into planets etc. Good fun!

Thanks bud Thumbs UpYes I wish I had bought games like that a few years back whe the price was low. I actually sold an original Fast Striker on MVS. to finance it. Is great though because with the money I made from that I also pre-ordered Fast Striker (AES) and bought UN Squadron (Arcade). Never let anyone tell you that NGDevteam games are overpriced on release Grin

I just wrote Kaz another message via two channels, he may help us as site admin with most rights.

I think this problem has to do that Youtube officially ceased support for Flash and moved over to HTML5. So far this issue concerns only the BBcode section of our forum and not with the whole website, since I can easily embed working YT videos into HTML posts like in the news section.

Until then we have to continue to use direct links.:(
